We now offer several styles of yoga, and Pilates, Ballerobica, and Kickboxing. We require a class size of 3 to conduct a session. Classes normally are held M-Th evenings and some Saturday mornings. We are also willing to host a private class, so get some friends to commit and call/message/text us to schedule your small group experience. We love beginners. They are always welcome.
